Notice on Online Chinese Course Registration for Spring Semester 2020 And Refund & Postponement of Study Policy

 The free online Chinese courses for the spring semester 2020 will come to its end on April 30. Paid online courses will be put online from May 4. Only students who have successfully registered are eligible to continue their online learning. Details are as follows:

Registration

 After remittance, the copy of remittance receipt must be sent to hubeilei@shisu.edu.cn before April 30 for registation. You will be able to continue your online learning after receiving a successful registration message from the university.

 Policy on refund and postponement of study for current students who have paid tuition for the spring semester 2020:

 Current students who are unwilling to pay for online courses and wish to drop out: please make an application for refund before May 3, and the tuition can be refunded in full.  However, refund applications will not be granted after May 3.

 Current students who are unwilling to pay for online courses, but would like to postpone your study period to September 2020 or later: please choose the semester you would like to postpone (fall semester 2020 / spring semester 2021). Both options will be given FREE winter courses of the year 2021 and free online courses of spring semester 2020. Application for postponement should be submitted before April 30 and applicants are required to make a commitment for not asking for the refund of the tuition fees paid before.

 Current students who would like to continue your current study and participate in the online courses starting from May 4, 2020: you will get the refund of the difference (in RMB) between the fee already paid and the online course fee. An application for the online courses should be submitted before April 30. Any application submited after April 30 will be regarded as invalid and NO refund will be given.
