According to the regulations and name list provided by Shanghai Municipal Education Committee, you should take part in the annual review as Shanghai Government Scholarship students. After the annual review, Shanghai Government will award next year scholarship to you. The information below is very important, please read it carefully:

Please download the “Form for Annual Review of Shanghai Municipal Government Scholarship Status”, complete the form (Page 1 only) and submit the form with “transcripts of the second semester of 2018/2019 academic year” and “transcripts of the first semester of 2019/2020 academic year”. First-year students only need to attach transcripts of the first semester of 2019/2020 academic year.

All the students are required to send the above form and transcripts to scholarship@shisu.edu.cn, before 24:00 on May 18, 2020, Beijing time. According to the regulation, students who do not submit the FORM and the TRANSCRIPTS after the expiration date, will be deemed not to participate in the annual review for no reason and will be deprived of the scholarship.

The subject of the email is “Student ID No.+ major + SGS annual review”, for example: 0187409001 China Studies SGS annual review.
