为了确保你及时获得奖学金（包括生活费、保险费）请务必完成以下事项：To receive the allowances（for living and insurance) in time, you must strictly follow the instructions below:

1.  学生应该于当月20日前到工商银行（如工商银行无法开户，请去附近的中国银行）开户并扫描、填写以下问卷https://www.wjx.top/vm/PfyRlhW.aspx。新生报到第一个月的生活费于当月月底发放，如果无法按期完成问卷，生活费将推迟发放。New students should open an account in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) (please go to Bank of China - 2259 North Si-chuan Road - if an ICBC account is not available) and fill in the questionnaire through https://www.wjx.top/vm/PfyRlhW.aspx (or the abve QR code) before 20th. The living allowance for the first month will be paid at the end of the month.If they fail to do so, the payment will be postponed.

2.  保险费每年11月支付（对于春季入学的学生5月支付）。Insurance premiums are paid annually in November (or in May for students enrolling in the spring semester).

3.  除了寒暑假期间（1月、2月、7月和8月），你每月必须签到才能获得生活费，即每月1-14日工作日期间必须来留学生办公室通过人脸扫描签到一次。 To get the allowance, you have to check in once a month, except for the vacations (January, February, July and August), through facial recognition at OISA on workdays between 1 and 14.

        虹口校区的学生在2号楼204室签到。For students on Hongkou Campus, check-in is open in room 204 of building 2.

        松江校区的学生每周一、三、五工作日在第三教学楼3119室楼签到。For students on Songjiang Campus, check-in is open in room 119 of building 3 on workdays of Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

4.  每月1-14日前完成签到并已提供正确的银行账户信息者，生活费通常于20-22日左右转账至你的银行账户。 如果你未按时签到或提供账户信息，将不能获得当月的生活费，但可以在下个月签到时，带好护照、提交书面补发申请。Usually you can receive the allowances between 20 and 22 of each month if you have  provided your bank account information and checked in between 1 and 14. Fail to do so and you would not get the allowance for the relevant month. But you can ask for a make-up payment by submitting a request letter and your passport when you come to check in for the following month.

5.  除了寒暑假期间，如果一个月内你请假超过15天或离境超过15天，生活费将被扣除。Except for the winter and summer vacation periods, your living allowance will be canceled if you take a leave of absence for more than 15 days or leave the country for more than 15 days in a month.

6.  1月、2月、7月和8月无需签到。根据你上个月的签到情况，1、2月奖学金于1月20日左右发放，7、8月奖学金于7月20日左右发放。 No need for check-in during the vacation (January, February, July and August). Based on your check-in record for the previous month, the payment of allowances for January & February is to be made about January 20th and that for July & August about July 20th.

7.  如需住宿校外，你必须获得宿舍的同意，并向留学生办公室提交《校外住宿申请表》，获得许可后方可外住。校外住宿补贴从申请日期下一个月开始发放。If you need to live off campus, you must first get approval from the current dormitory and then submit to OISA the “Letter of Request for Living off Campus”. Only with the permission from OISA could you move out.  The housing allowance will be paid from the next month.

8.  为确保奖学金生资格，你每学年（通常是9月）必须在奖学金系统进行网上注册。To maintain your scholarship status, you must check in via on-line scholarship systems every year (usually in September.

9.  学习1年以上或申请延长奖学金期限的学生必须参加奖学金年度评审，以便获得下一学年的奖学金。奖学金生年度评审细则请见http://www.oisa.shisu.edu.cn。Scholarship students who have been studying in SISU for more than one academic year or who apply for the extension of scholarship must go through the Annual Review to secure their scholarships for the next year.
