关于留学生退费的规定

（2025年12月修订）

为了统一和规范学生退费的操作制度，现对于学生退费所涉及到的情况及应采取的做法，作如下规定：

1.     申请退学、退费（新生报到日期视为开学日期）：

a.     下学期开学前（截止至开学前的最后一个工作日北京时间12:00整）申请:可退还该学期全部学费。

b.     下学期开学一周内(当周最后一个工作日北京时间12:00前)申请：退还该学期学费75%。

c.      下学期开学一周后申请：该学期学费不退。

2.     换班(强化班转进修班)申请退学费差价：

a.     因汉语水平原因，学校不能提供合适的强化班：差价全退

b.     开学前（截止至开学前的最后一个工作日北京时间12:00整）申请换班：可退还全部差价。

c.      开学后一周内（当周最后一个工作日北京时间12:00前）申请换班：差价退50%

d.     开学一周后申请换班：不退差价

3. 因违反中国法律规定以及学校校纪校规而被退学的学生，已交学费不予退还。

Regulations on Tuition Refund for International Students

(Revised in December 2025)

To unify and standardize the tuition refund system for students, we hereby formulate the following provisions regarding the circumstances related to student tuition refund and the corresponding measures to be taken:

1. **Application for Withdrawal and Tuition Refund (The registration date for new students shall be regarded as the semester start date)**

a. Application submitted **before the start of the next semester** (deadline: 12:00 Beijing Time on the last working day prior to the semester start): Full refund of the tuition fee for the semester shall be granted.

b. Application submitted **within one week after the start of the next semester** (deadline: 12:00 Beijing Time on the last working day of the week): 75% of the tuition fee for the semester shall be refunded.

c. Application submitted **after one week from the start of the next semester**: No refund of the tuition fee for the semester shall be made.

2. **Application for Tuition Fee Difference Refund Due to Class Transfer (from Intensive Class to Non-intensive Class)**

a. If the university is unable to provide a suitable Intensive Class due to the student’s Chinese proficiency level: Full refund of the tuition fee difference shall be granted.

b. Application for class transfer submitted **before the semester start** (deadline: 12:00 Beijing Time on the last working day prior to the semester start): Full refund of the tuition fee difference shall be granted.

c. Application for class transfer submitted **within one week after the semester start** (deadline: 12:00 Beijing Time on the last working day of the week): 50% of the tuition fee difference shall be refunded.

d. Application for class transfer submitted **after one week from the semester start**: No refund of the tuition fee difference shall be made.

3. For students who are dismissed from the university due to violations of Chinese laws, university rules and regulations, no refund of the already paid tuition fee shall be given.
