为了确保您顺利安排住宿，请仔细阅读并遵守以下2025年9月秋学期的宿舍预定须知。若您需要预定宿舍，请务必按照本通知中的要求进行操作。

预定条件及流程

在您收到上海外国语大学的入学通知书后，凭入学通知书中的“学号”可进行以下宿舍的预定。具体宿舍可预定情况请以实际通知为准。各宿舍的房间数量有限，预定将按先到先得的原则处理。建议您决定来我校学习后尽早预定，以避免错失机会。

Notice on Accommodation Reservation for International Students

(Applicable for the Spring Semester of March 2026)

Dear Students,

Welcome to Shanghai International Studies University!

To ensure a smooth accommodation arrangement, please carefully read and follow the guidelines for the accommodation reservation for the Autumn Semester of September 2025. If you need to reserve a dormitory, please make sure to operate according to the instructions provided in this notice.

Reservation Conditions and Procedures

After receiving your Admission Letter from Shanghai International Studies University, you can use the “Student ID Number” stated in the letter to reserve one of the following dormitories. The availability of specific dormitories is subject to the actual notice. Since the number of rooms in each dormitory is limited, reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend that you make a reservation as soon as possible after deciding to study at our university to avoid missing the opportunity.
